Contracts

From April 1st 2011, a new SLA (Service Level Agreement) and Software License Agreement become available to Adlib customers in the UK and Republic of Ireland, incorporated as part of a new overall framework agreement.
This new SLA has been adapted from the Dutch law version drawn up in consultation with the Dutch User Group, and gives customers the opportunity to expand their current maintenance agreement with additional service levels. It sets out in much more detail the rights and obligations of both customers and Adlib Information Systems.
